01 Scope of this policy
This policy covers the website in7apps.in only. It explains what information is collected when you browse these pages, why it is collected, and what you can do about it.
This policy does not cover the IN7 game app or platform. Once you follow a link away from this site, you are on a service operated by a separate company with its own privacy policy, its own data practices and its own legal obligations.
Anything you enter into the IN7 app — your mobile number, identity documents, payment details, deposits, gameplay history — is collected and controlled by that operator, not by us. Read their privacy policy before registering.
02 Who we are
in7apps.in is an independent affiliate publisher. We write about the IN7 game app — its games, its download process, its bonus structure and its payment methods — and we earn a commission when a reader follows one of our links and registers with the operator.
We are not a gaming operator, a payment processor, a licensing authority or a regulator. We have no access to any player account, no visibility of any transaction, and no ability to alter any outcome. That limitation is also a privacy protection: there is very little about you that we could hold even if we wanted to.
03 Data we collect
The data collected through this website falls into three narrow categories.
Technical data collected automatically
Like every website, our hosting infrastructure records basic request information when a page is served. This is standard server logging and is not linked to your identity:
- IP address, in truncated or full form depending on the host’s configuration
- Browser type and version, and operating system
- Device type — mobile, tablet or desktop — and approximate screen size
- The page requested, the time of the request, and the referring page if one was sent
- Approximate geographic region derived from the IP address, typically at state or city level
Information you choose to give us
The contact form on our contact page asks for a name, an email address, a topic and a message. Because this site is statically hosted with no server-side backend, that form does not transmit your details to a mailbox — it validates your input in the browser and then directs you to our Telegram support channel to send the message yourself.
In practice this means the form collects nothing at all: what you type stays on your device unless you choose to send it through Telegram, at which point Telegram’s own privacy policy applies.
Preference data stored on your device
Small amounts of data may be stored in your browser’s local storage to remember interface preferences within a session — for example the game category you last selected on the games page. This never leaves your device and is cleared when you clear your browser data.
04 Data we never collect
It is worth stating the negatives explicitly, because affiliate sites are routinely mistaken for operators. We never collect, request, receive or store:
- Gaming account credentials, passwords, PINs or one-time passwords of any kind
- UPI IDs, card numbers, CVVs, bank account details or any payment credential
- Identity documents — Aadhaar, PAN, passport, driving licence or any KYC upload
- Your account balance, deposit history, withdrawal history or gameplay records
- Biometric data, precise GPS location, or your device contact list
If any page, form, message or person claiming to represent in7apps.in asks you for a password, an OTP, a UPI PIN or a KYC document, it is fraudulent.
We have no legitimate use for any of those. Do not provide them, and report the attempt in our support channel.
05 Cookies and local storage
Cookies and similar technologies may be used on this site for a limited set of purposes.
- Strictly necessary
- Keep the site functioning — load balancing, security and basic session handling. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site, and they carry no marketing purpose.
- Preference
- Remember interface choices such as your last selected game category, so the page behaves sensibly when you return to it.
- Analytics
- Aggregate measurement of how many people visit, which pages they read and how they arrived. Used in aggregate only — see the analytics section below.
- Affiliate attribution
- Set by the operator or their tracking partner when you click through to the IN7 platform, so the referral is credited to this site. Governed by that partner’s policy, not ours.
You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings, and you can browse this site in private or incognito mode. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from reading any page here.
06 Analytics
We may use a privacy-respecting analytics service to understand which pages are useful and which are not. Where analytics is used, the data is aggregated: totals, trends and page-level counts rather than individual browsing histories.
We do not build advertising profiles, do not sell traffic data, and do not attempt to identify individual readers. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a request to minimise measurement.
07 Affiliate tracking
Outbound links to the IN7 platform carry an affiliate identifier. When you click one, the operator or their tracking partner records that the visit originated from in7apps.in, usually by setting a cookie or appending a parameter to the destination URL. If you subsequently register, the referral is attributed to us and we receive a commission.
This costs you nothing. Registration, deposits, bonuses and withdrawals are identical whether you arrive through our link or type the operator’s address directly. The commission is paid by the operator out of its own margin.
The tracking itself is performed by the operator’s systems, not ours. We receive aggregated reporting — how many referrals converted — and never receive your personal details, contact information or account data in return.
08 Third-party services
Three categories of third party are involved in delivering this site.
- Hosting and CDN. Our host serves these pages and maintains standard access logs for security and reliability.
- Web fonts. Typefaces are loaded from a font delivery service, which receives a request from your browser containing your IP address and user agent in order to serve the font file.
- Telegram. Our support and community channels are hosted on Telegram. Anything you send there is governed by Telegram’s privacy policy and is visible to the channel operators.
We do not sell, rent or trade any data to any third party, and we do not operate an advertising network on this site.
09 Data retention
Server access logs are retained for a limited operational period — typically no more than a few months — and are then deleted or anonymised. Aggregated analytics may be retained longer, because it no longer identifies anyone. Preference data stored in your browser persists until you clear it.
Because we do not maintain a user database, there is no account record, marketing list or profile associated with you on our systems.
10 Security
This site is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and our host is encrypted in transit. We keep the software stack patched and limit administrative access to the people who need it.
No system is perfectly secure, and we make no claim otherwise. The strongest security measure on this site is architectural rather than technical: we hold almost nothing about you, so there is almost nothing to lose in a breach.
11 Your rights
Subject to applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to object to certain processing.
In practice, a request to us will usually be answered with the fact that we hold no personal data about you beyond transient server logs. For any data held by the IN7 operator — your account, your documents, your transactions — you must contact the operator directly, because we cannot access, export or delete it on your behalf.

12 Age restriction
This website is intended solely for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 18, and this site must not be used by minors.
If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it. Parents and guardians who wish to restrict access to gambling-related content should consider device-level content filtering software.
13 Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as the site changes or as legal requirements evolve. The current version is always the one published on this page. Material changes will be reflected in the version marker at the top of the document. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of it.

Questions about this policy, or about data held by this website, should go through our contact page.
Questions about data held by the IN7 operator — account information, KYC documents, transaction records, account closure — must go to the operator’s own support, either through the in-app live chat or the support Telegram channel. We cannot action those requests and forwarding them to us will only delay them.
